The Quick Reply form relies on a valid HTTP Referer header. Either the form is not being displayed from within an appropriate Runboard page or else you are employing ad-blocking or other privacy-shielding software that is blocking the HTTP Referer header. Please check your settings to see if you can leave the Referer header alone, at least for www.web-i18n.net, which hosts the Quick Reply form add-in.
