Charles C. Fu—Founder
Charles Fu has over a decade of professional design and development experience in a wide array of information technologies. His projects have garnered numerous industry awards, are used by numerous Fortune 500® companies, have been featured in TV science specials and scientific conferences, and played prominent roles in some of the United States' most famous criminal court cases. In addition to his management responsibilities, Mr. Fu is active in each project accepted by Web i18n and responsible for architecture level software decisions.
Prior to founding Web i18n, Mr. Fu served as Vice President of Bäcchus, Inc., and FTL Enterprises; network administrator for Abbott Laboratories worldwide headquarters; chief of technical staff for a defense contractor; a lead developer for multiple software development companies; programmer/analyst for a ten billion dollar international portfolio; a developer for Sun of the Java 2 Standard Edition; and a system administrator, researcher, and teacher for the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), from which he also holds a degree.
Mieke Mocke—Founder
Mieke Mocke has been involved with software development for over eight years. Her professional software development experience includes leading development teams on CLS, a Java-based, enhanced syslog-compatible library and server developed for Path Communications, and AeroOffer, Pratt & Whitney's real-time aftermarket aircraft parts procurement reverse auction web site and the core of PWCS's (Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions, Inc.) e-business tools for its customers and suppliers.
Her energy, software and business development experience, and her involvement in coordinating the company's day-to-day tasks makes her an invaluable asset to Web i18n.
